Motion to approve January 12, 2006 minutes made by Ann Tramontana; seconded by Barbara Carroll; motion carried unanimously.
D. Coordinator's Report Motion to accept the Coordinator's Report made by Mary Blair; seconded by Easter Howard; motion carried unanimously.
E. Open Floor
Reverend Walter Johnson, Jr. announced his formal resignation based on moving out of the Dixwell area.
Maureen O'Sullivan-Best of Quinnipiac East and Tina Doyle of East Shore introduced themselves.
F. Unfinished Business By Laws Committee members Ann Tramontana and Bob Spirito initiated discussion on: 1) Case Review for Death 2) Training Needs 3) Panel Review
G. Subcommittee Reports
Barbara Carroll presented a proposal for the CRB-hosted forum.
H. New Business
- Review of Case #96-05-C to be completed no later than Monday, February 13, 2006 in time for the Board of Police Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, February 14, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. - Appealed case #036-05-C is still being circulated for review by all members - CRB Training dates are February 28th, March 1st and 2nd for approximately three hours. Topics to be announced.
